Today represents something significantly special for me, the unveiling of something I have spent the better part of the last year mindfully working toward and something that I have a tremendous amount of joy to finally release into the world: Best Wishes

.

Best Wishes is a place to embrace everyday magic, a space to aid and inspire you on the journey to meeting your highest self.  It is a collection of original artwork, prints, intentionally crafted small batch products, and limited edition collaborative goods made in partnership with other magical makers that have been personally curated to invoke your inner spark and assist you as your harness your power and shine your light into the world.

and I have tremendous gratitude to be able to share this with you.

I have spent the last year in a place of deep soul searching, mindfully exploring exactly what it is that I want to be doing and putting into the world, though I have known deep within that this change was necessary for far longer than that.  It is with tremendous joy and gratitude that I lay the old to rest and embrace the beautiful change that is this unveiling.  Honey and the Hive is and will always be a very special part of my journey - I know that it has meant a lot to a lot of people over the years and through it I have had the opportunity to meet and create for so many beautiful humans; for these things and more I am deeply grateful. 

However, as the years have gone by I've felt a greater and greater sense of disconnect between what I was doing and creating as Honey and the Hive and what my soul longed for.  For a very long time I tried to ignore these feelings - what I was doing was "working", people enjoyed the things I was creating, I was able to support myself with my art, and it felt a little silly and honestly quite scary to "mess with a good thing", so to speak.  But as time went on, the call to live in alignment with my greatest purpose got stronger and stronger, and the knowing was there: it was time to honor myself, it was time for change.

I believe strongly that my purpose (or if not my purpose, my goal) on this planet is to be a source of light and inspiration to others - it is through this platform that I hope to share the deepest parts of my heart and soul with you in an effort to aid you in the process of reaching deeply into yourself and igniting your own inner fire.  My desire is to make art and consciously crafted products that carry power, with intentional messaging and mantras that you can bring into your daily life and your home to remind you each day to live in alignment with your highest potential.

 

For the first time ever I will be publicly selling my original paintings - for it is my truest belief that these pieces that I've held close and transferred so much energy into hold within them a magic that is not possible to be copied into a print.  This is a space for me to organically explore creativity: to dive into new mediums, to try new things, and to experiment with new ways of being and creating.  

In addition to a new approach to my own art and offerings, I am elated beyond the point that I can put into words to be partnering with other conscious creative women to create one-of-a-kind small batch magical goods to share with you.  These collaborative projects set my soul on fire, and I am deeply passionate and so very grateful to have the opportunity to work alongside such talented and intentional individuals to create and share this magic with all of you.  Crafting a community of collaboration is something that has always been of deep importance to me, and I have such gratitude to be creating a platform in which these types partnerships can be a priority.  We all have something special to share with the world, and I cannot wait to highlight the incredible women I'm fortunate enough to call friends and share with you all of the wonder they share with this world.

I am so very grateful to each and every one of you who chooses to share in this space with me, who finds value and alignment with what I aim to bring to this world, and who feels excitement about the possibility of growth, transformation, and a sense of unity as we move forward into this new chapter together.  To have the opportunity to explore that which sets my soul ablaze is the greatest joy I can imagine as an artist and creator and it is you as an individual who gives me this opportunity.  This is a sense of gratitude I cannot put into words, but I thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for being here with me today and always.
